THE GITE

THE ROOMS
The “Chateau” has 13 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms to accomodate up tp 30 people. With the possibility of adding extra beds.
All the bedrooms and other interior areas have been restored and redecorated in keeping with the period, so that guests can fully enjoy the sober, elegant mood of yesteryear, enhanced by relaxed comfort. Most of the rooms are voluminous and bright, with at least one window overlooking the surrounding greenery.
* The Magnolia and Marronnier rooms have a shared bathroom and toilet.
The Chêne, Érable and Châtaignier rooms have a shared bathroom and WC.
*¹ The Magnolia, Marronnier and Pin rooms have 140cm beds and cannot be converted into single beds. However, all other rooms can be divided into single beds.
THE KITCHEN – DINING ROOM
On the ground floor, the “Château” include a superb kitchen/dining room and a second large 500 m² dining room.
They are separated by beams; the fully equipped kitchen/dining room, adorned with a magnificent table in light wood, and the other vast dining room where you’ll find two long tables. Our gîte’s spaces are ultra-luminous, as they are completely surrounded by windows.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, two large fridges, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Attractive antique crockery completes the equipment, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery… Nothing is missing for your comfortable stay in our country cottage.« La gourmandise a encore l’inestimable avantage de développer entre compagnons de table des sentiments d’indéracinable affection… » Guy de Maupassant, Amoureux et primeurs,1881.
THE LIVING ROOM
Théophile Gautier, Farniente, Premières poésies, 1830
